  • A deposit of 40% to secure the booking
  • Accommodation to be paid two weeks prior to occupation unless more than three weeks booking.
  • Only long term booking will be taken for 3 months in advance.
  • Beach House - min 4 night booking last minute negotiable
  • Beaumaris House - min 7 night booking last minute negotiable
